Step 1
It arrives already sorted
A paid Etsy order lands in your orders screen with the buyer's size and color read off the order, and the design attached when the listing was built here. You are checking an order, not rebuilding one.
Step 2
You choose who makes it
Pick a production partner and send the order into production from the same screen. Nothing gets re-entered anywhere else.
Step 3
You see the bill first
The cost is broken out by item and by shipping, with the balance you will be left with, before you pay from your balance.
Step 4
You follow it to a tracking number
A production partner cannot mark an order shipped without entering a tracking number, so it is on the order the moment it ships. We try to post it to your Etsy order too. Etsy refuses that for newer US shops, and when it does, the order tells you to copy the number across.
You are never forced through us. An order you do not place here stays yours to print and ship on your own.
