How long can an Etsy title be?

Which characters can Etsy tags use?
Letters, numbers and spaces, plus ™, © and ®. A straight apostrophe or a hyphen can go inside a word, as in "mother's day" or "t-shirt", but a tag cannot start with one. A curly apostrophe (’), which phones and Macs type by default, is not accepted.
Does this checker read my Etsy shop?
