Refund Policy

What we refund, what we do not, and how quickly we answer.

Last updated: 2026-09-25Contact: info@alomations.com

The general rule

Alomations is a digital service, and the service begins the moment payment is taken. So the fee for a subscription period that has started is not normally refunded. The exceptions are listed below one by one, and they are the cases caused by us.

You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason and without any extra charge. You can do it yourself from the Plan tab on the Settings page, or you can ask us to do it. If you ask us in writing, we will action it, and the date we receive your request is the date that counts.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

What we do refund

A charge taken after you asked to cancel

If you asked us in writing to cancel your subscription, any payment taken after we received that request is refunded. You do not have to cancel it yourself: sending the request through support or by email is enough.

Credits spent on a technical failure

If a job failed because of an error on our side (generation did not finish, the output came back corrupted, the process stopped halfway), the credits it consumed are restored to your account. This is a credit refund rather than a payment refund; just tell support.

Paid but the service never opened

If your payment was taken but the credits were never added or your access never opened, and we cannot put it right, you get the full amount back.

Charged more than once

If more than one payment was taken for the same period, the extra amount is refunded with no conditions attached.

A validly exercised right of withdrawal

A consumer who did not give the consent on the payment page for the service to start immediately may withdraw within 14 days of the contract being formed and receive the full amount back. The details are in the Pre-Information Form.

What we do not refund

Yearly plans

Yearly plans follow the same rule: once the year has started, the yearly payment is not refunded, except in the cases listed above. If you cancel, the renewal stops, and your plan and its monthly credit refills continue until the year you paid for ends.

Credits you did not use

We do not refund the fee for credits left unspent within a period. Credits roll over to the next period according to your plan's rules.

The service not meeting your expectations

Not liking the designs that were generated, or the results not being what you hoped for, is not a reason for a refund. So that you can judge the service before paying, the free Demo plan includes 40 credits, and we recommend trying it first.

Not knowing how to use it

Not knowing how to use the app is not a reason for a refund. There are tutorial videos in our community area, and you can always ask our support team.

Outcomes caused by Etsy

Etsy removing a listing, suspending your shop or changing your search position is outside our control and is not a reason for a refund.

Accounts closed for breaking the rules

For accounts suspended or closed for use that breaches the Terms of Use, we do not refund the remaining time or credits.

How to ask

Send your request to info@alomations.com or through the support system inside the app. Writing from the email address registered on your account is enough for us to identify you.

We settle your request and answer in writing within 5 business days. Approved refunds are started the same day; how long the amount takes to reach your card depends on your bank and can be 5 to 10 business days.

Refunds can only be made to the card the payment came from. We cannot transfer to a different account or payment method.

If we disagree

If your request is refused, or you find our answer inadequate, and you qualify as a consumer, your right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade is reserved.

This policy applies together with the Terms of Use and the Pre-Information Form. Where they conflict, the provision more favourable to the consumer prevails.
