Check three things before you publish:
Colour on both blanks. A set only matches if the kids' blank comes in the adult colour, so offer only the colours the two blanks share.
Design scale. A toddler shirt has a much smaller chest than an adult tee. Scale the design to each print area (they differ by product and provider, so check each template) and keep the text heavy enough to survive the smaller size.
Fit wording. Unisex, women's relaxed and kids' cuts fit differently, so name the cut in the size options, not just the size.
