Where Aloma gets its answers
Aloma works from the Etsy shops you connect to Alomations. The connection uses the official Etsy API: you sign in on Etsy's own screen, it takes under two minutes, and you can revoke access from Etsy at any time. You can reach Aloma from the top bar, or from the Cmd+K command palette by choosing "Ask Aloma". Type a question the way you would ask a colleague who knows your shop well, and keep it specific: "which listings score under 70" gets a more useful answer than "how is my shop doing".

Listings that score under 70
Every live listing gets a score in Alomations: ten checks, each with the fix attached. Ask Aloma for the listings under 70 and you get a short list to work through instead of a whole shop to scroll.
The score is our own checklist, not a prediction of Etsy's ranking. Etsy does say that "listing quality is an important factor in getting found in Etsy search" (Etsy's search help), and its Search Visibility page checks items such as a high-resolution primary photo, the most specific category possible and a return policy (Etsy's Search Visibility page). Fixing a weak listing is worth doing for the buyer who lands on it, whatever it does for search.

Drafts that are waiting
Drafts pile up quietly: runs you saved as Etsy drafts to check first, listings copied to another connected shop (which arrive as drafts), ideas you started and left. Aloma counts them for you, so you know whether there is a backlog before the next season starts.
Timing matters here. Etsy says a newly published listing "may take up to 48 hours" to appear in search results and categories (Etsy's listing guide), so a seasonal draft published late loses more than the day you spent finding it.
What sells, and what those listings share
Ask what sells best and Aloma answers from your own shop's sales. The more useful follow-up is what those listings share: the product, the colours, the style of the design, the occasion, whether they are personalized. That shared trait is the direction to make more of. For ideas beyond your own shop, use Etsy search itself and keyword tools, and test a new direction with a few listings before you commit to a whole collection.
Why every figure carries a date
Shop data moves all the time. Orders arrive, listings sell out, a listing expires after 4 months unless it is renewed (Etsy's fee schedule), and you edit things yourself. Etsy also notes that changes "can take up to one day to reflect in search" (Etsy's announcement).
That is why each number Aloma gives you says when it was read. A count of drafts read this morning is still reliable this afternoon, while a sales comparison read weeks ago may no longer describe your shop. When the date looks old for the decision you are about to make, check again before you act.
From answers to listings
Aloma does more than report. Describe a collection, for example a set of teacher shirts or a theme for an upcoming holiday, and Aloma finds ideas, shows you the plan and its credit cost, and can make two samples first. When you are happy with them, it lists the rest. It pauses whenever a choice is yours to make, and anything it does not make goes back to your balance.
It can also build group listings, where a set of designs (one per tee) becomes a single listing.
