SublimationDye sublimation
Dye is infused into the material itself, so the print can never crack or peel. Best on white/light polymer surfaces.
Design files: PNG. Full-color, 300 DPI. Sublimation cannot print white, so white areas come out as the blank's own color.
DTFDirect-to-film transfer
The design is printed on film and heat-pressed onto the product — vibrant colors and strong durability on almost any fabric.
Design files: PNG (transparent background). Use a transparent PNG at 300 DPI — the film is cut to your artwork, so any background becomes part of the transfer.
